Prefabricated houses with steel load-bearing structure LGS-SISTEM (Light Gauge Steel)
Construction system using the latest technology for the production of cold-rolled steel profiles.
Easy and simple installation with steel load-bearing structure LGS-SISTEM saves time and cost of building prefabricated houses/buildings.
LGS-SYSTEM has a high strength compared to the standard weight of the structure (5 times lighter than traditional construction with wood, concrete or brick). It is 100% recyclable and can be recycled into new prefabricated houses and other prefabricated buildings.
The material is of inorganic origin and therefore there is no rot, distortion, cracking and breakage, thanks to the stability of the steel structure. Steel is inert and does not emit gases, vapours and does not lead to the development of fungi, as caused by some materials. Steel is a non-flammable material and does not ignite the structure.
It is dimensionally stable, because there is no expansion and contraction caused by the appearance of moisture. Steel production is carried out according to certain system standards, so there are no differences in material quality.
Great savings when building and using prefabricated houses (low-energy and passive buildings can be built).
Apparis Group – Steel houses uses the most modern technology for the production of steel structures used for the construction of prefabricated houses/buildings. Prefabricated houses / buildings built in this way can be designed to meet the highest anti-earthquake conditions (up to 9.4 degrees Richter) and strong wind gusts.
Easy and simple installation of the LGS-SISTEM steel load-bearing structure saves time and the cost of construction. No large cranes are required when assembling the building.
